Technique & Conditioning class designed to help you get stronger and more confident. This class is designed to help students steadily improve and perfect their flamenco technique and build stamina through focused repetition of drills and simple combinations. Participants will work on refining their arms, turns, and footwork to develop greater control and precision. The curriculum is consistent across all instructors, ensuring that students can attend any class that best fits their schedule without missing essential skills.
No choreography. Prerequisite: Level 1
